[OOC PERMISSIONS]
Backtagging: Yes! I have no problems with this.
Threadhopping: Good with me!
Fourthwalling: The show he's from is not particularly popular, but go for it if you want.
Offensive subjects: Fine with me for the most part!
Additionally, Strickler's backstory contains mentions of fictional racism, murder and genocide. I can avoid any of these subjects if you'd like. You can comment here, or privately on my HMD.

[IC PERMISSIONS]
Hugging or kissing this character: Yes, though he will obviously respond based on his relationship with the other person. Could be a good or bad idea.
Flirting with this character: Yes, though he may stop if it starts getting too far. He has someone he's deeply committed to back home.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Always.
Injuring this character: Yeah! As long as it’s not life-endangering, and even then I'm open to it if we plan it out first.
Killing this character: Yes. But again, planning is necessary.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes! In fact, let's delve deeper into this with the first opt-in.
[OPT-IN: CHANGELING SECRET]
Walter is a troll Changeling, and will appear as a normal human to most people. However, certain magical creatures or humans who posses magical powers may be able to tell that something is... off. Whether that means that they sense a dark presence, can immediately tell he isn't human, or fail to sense it completely: that's up to you!
Even if your character has no magical powers, they can figure it out on their own if they're perceptive enough. This would require a bit of in-character interaction to play out, but I am totally open to letting the discovery be in the hands of your character. In any case, I'd like to plan for how this kind of encounter will happen!
[OPT-IN: BINDING SPELL]
This one is much more optional and would require more planning, but Walter has another power that lets him "bind his fate to another person". It requires intent and physical contact, but he can make the subject of this spell suffer any injury that he does.
Alternatively, he can use this spell to transfer another person's injuries onto himself. There's some great potential for holding enemies hostage or saving the lives of his friends. But whether you want to do something negative or positive with this spell, it's gonna require set up. Consider this opt-in as more of an always-open plot opportunity. It'll be more interesting once proper CR is established, so no rush.

Character name: Riku
Is your character magical, and wil they be able to sense that Walter is too? Riku has the ability to sense the Darkness/Light inside another person, so he'll probably be able to tell that something is off about Walter.
What will they probably do with this information? Riku probably won't do anything about it unless Walter forces him to act on it. He'll probably keep an eye on Walter if he sees him interact him with any of his friends though, at first at least.
Is there anything in particular you'd like to have happen? Nothing comes to mind yet!

Is your character magical, and will they be able to sense that Walter is too?
WANDA - Ssssort of. She's psychic, altered by a cosmic stone in her canon. She could probably tell???
ELIZABETH - Also sort of. Also psychic, a mutant. Also probably???
What will they probably do with this information?
WANDA - She would stay quiet and observe more at first.
ELIZABETH - She's an asking type, since this kind of thing isn't new to her.
Is there anything in particular you'd like to have happen?
FOR BOTH - Not that I can think of at the moment :3

Are you interested in doing a plot involving the binding spell? Tell me your ideas!
FOR BOTH - YESSSSSSSSSSSS. I'm up for either way this goes when it comes to CR building and development.
